

PILATES FITNESS CLASSES
Elongate your body with lean, long muscles
Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder Joseph Pilates over the course of his lifetime. The programme is dedicated to improving physical and mental health. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Through Pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, yet increasing your flexibility and agility whilst toning your stomach and thigh muscles.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Whether you're a pro or a complete beginner, Pilates is guaranteed to improve your muscular tone and transform your body. We cater for adults of all ages (majority age range is 20 to 60 but this can vary). Don't feel like you're too young for Pilates, the results are incredible, at any age!

HOW MUCH IS IT?
Single classes are £5 (plus just £2 extra if you add on a Body Blaster class immediately before or after a one hour class), £80 for a 20 class pass (valid 1 year) or for just £30.00 per month you can get yourself an unlimited membership to all our classes.
