HULA HOOPING

Hoop Your Way To a Flatter Stomach

Hooping is cardio without counting. Hooping improves core strength, tones your stomach, arms, thighs and butt, is a low-impact, high-energy workout that can burn approximately 400 - 600 calories in an hour.

Hooping is also an excellent way to relieve the stresses and strains of everyday life. Not only does your body benefit, hooping also improves your balance and posture, increases coordination and improves flexibility. Some people report an increase in self esteem and libido. Hooping is good for your body and good for your soul. And it makes you smile!

WHO CAN JOIN?

 

Whether you're a pro or a complete beginner, Cheerobics® is great way to get a complete fitness experience, with added fun factor! We have adults of all ages (majority age range is 15 to 35 but this can vary). Come and give it a go, you'll LOVE IT

HOW MUCH IS IT?

 

Single classes are £5 (plus just £2 extra if you add on a Body Blaster class immediately before or after a one hour class), £80 for a 20 class pass (valid 1 year) or for just £30.00 per month you can get yourself an unlimited membership to all our classes.
