Cheerleading Dance & Stunt Show at Man City FC - iON Camera
Once again, we reunite with iON camera UK to bring cheerleading to the masses. As official sponsors of Man City FC, iON cameras wanted to make a big impact on City Square audiences by introducing their brand in a way that would not go unnoticed. At CHEER PRO™ we made sure that our cheerleading team would make the desired impact, especially by working closely with the MCFC and iON marketing team to ensure that our presentation and performance was fitting in with the comms strategy. The focus on this occasion was their desire to bring the NFL experience to Man City audiences, showcasing cheerleading as a sport.
We were proud to fuse together for the occasion, cheerleading dance national champions Zoo Fever Cheerleaders and forming a brand new stunt CHEER PRO™ team made up with some of the UK's top partner stunt athletes who have had the honour of competing in the USASF Cheer Worlds champions in Orlando, representing the UK.
CHEER PRO™ director Jessica Zoo has been at the forefront of ensuring that professional cheerleading in the UK is developed with skill, taste - and most of all, with a targeted marketing plan at the forefront of it all. Together we have been driving strong interaction on-site and extended to Social Media activities that were centered around participation and the fans.
This was a great success for the NFL events and we were glad to see that our performances at Man City had equal impact and we cannot wait to take part in more exciting events alongside iON cameras. We hope this event will encourage more companies that wish to showcase the spectacle of cheerleading as a sport and competitive dance form, adapted to the stage to come forward and see and how effective it can be when fused with a thought-through sponsorship and a sound communications strategy.
We have been so proud to take part in this event, and what we hope is a significant step forward for professional cheerleading in the UK and Europe.
We also want to extend our thanks to the Russell Athletic EU team for providing us with some great warmup and training kit to keep us cosy and stylish throght the day - we are thrilled to be working with the Russell Athletic team and look forward to further developments in the new year.
